David Bruno's MK3

David brought his MK3 to the shop for a simple respray. What was supposed to be a quick job, quickly turned into a full-blown project: full strip, shaved bay, new color, and fresh retrim by Love’s Trim Shop. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the end result.

Once we started digging into the car, we discovered it had been repainted several times. After a few quick calls, we decided to strip the car completely and start fresh. Pulled fenders, some subtle shaving, and a MK2 plate recess give the car a clean OEM+ look. For the color, David selected Lexus Desert Sage Metallic from an IS250. To get the car dialed in, we sourced and installed a full AirLift setup with AccuAir management atop a set 16″x9.5″ CCW LM5’s on 215/40/16 Falkens.

As the season comes to a close, we’re getting ready to give the car some updates over the winter. Stay tuned!
